Brewne began with a simple idea: good coffee tastes better with good company. Every drink is pulled, steamed and poured by hand at our counter, then carried to a table where the talk is already going.

Why Hario V60?
Some coffee deserves time. On our slow bar we brew single cups through the V60: hot water poured in a steady spiral over freshly ground beans, so every note in the cup comes through.
